Barcelona R1: Krajinovic d. Cervantes 6-2, 6-4

Famous for beating Djokovic at the Nole Open, Krajinovic has struggled recently due to injuries. However, he's back on the tour, and looks ready to rumble. Not a strong opponent, but a good win. He's probably a top 200 player, and I think he'll have an ATP career.

RIP Henry Chinaski. A true MTF legend

Excellent result for him, making good use of WC. Unfortunately plays against Ferrer next, could have a very small chance if Ferrer is still struggling

“There’s so many athletes, tennis players around the world,” he continued, trying to put his life into some kind of perspective, “they want to be the best in what they do. They want to succeed. Many of them, they don’t succeed in the end. I’m fortunate to have this opportunity and succeed.”

yes good win for him, Cervantes on clay is a solid player.

But next round his tournament should stop because he should meet Ferrer

He did not beat him, Nole retired, how many times.

we should trade Cilic for this guy, he already lives in Zagreb and Cilic would make a great dream team w/ Troicki...

Yeah, except Cervantes is not an ATP tour level player.

Doesn't matter...as long as he wins some atp matches with non atp level players-I don't mind...this guy is talented and just needs a bit self confidence after the surgery time out.
