Nasty nasty slip there for Benneteau. Hope it doesn't put him on the side line for too long.

Tough luck for Benne, that looked pretty serious. Hopefully he isn't out of action for to long, he was playing very well up to that point.

Re: Monte Carlo R3: Murray def. Benneteau 6-5 RET

Bad luck for Benneteau especially as he's in tough competition with Gasquet for a place in the Olympics (see Coolfish's "race to the Olympics" in the "ATP rankings thread" : he was a little bit ahead of Gasquet)

he will get his carreer high at 27 though (except if Bellucci is semifinalist)

Terrible twist there for Benny, he was threatening Murray.

Useless centre court.

Get well soon, Benny.

Worried for Rafole either splitting their ankles or wrists in half now. Fuck MC this year. Dangerous, shit claycourts.

Julien was more worried about his wrist than he was about his ankle. For obvious reasons, as he had a wrist issue not long ago.

That ankle strain looked even worse than Monaco's, though you can never really tell by how it looks. Some people have much more flexible joints. Hope he won't be out for long.

After Nadal beat Monfils at Doha, before AO 2014

Only Del Potro can take him out before the semis, and he won't. Nadal is winning the AO, bet your house on it.
Somewhere out there, there is a homeless person who once took betting advice from GSMnadal

If you quickly lean towards the position of where and when the ankle bends, then you should be alright. I think Benneteau coped with that better than Monaco did. Monaco went down really late way after his ankle bent, that's not too good. Might take more than a month to recover IMO.

All luck this Mugray, should have been routined here, but once again his draw falls apart for him. I wouldn't be surprised if he wins a slam via 7 walkovers this year

Murray wasn't losing this match anyway.

He means "only for a month" :-) ie both looked so nasty they could easily be a lot longer.

It took over an hour just to reach 5-5. Even if he won, he would be tired and would have no off day all the way until Sunday.
