Tennis Record Websites

If I search for baseball, football, basketball, all-time records I get numerous results. Does anyone know of any tennis website that does the same, listing all types of records in tennis history that is updated when need be, showing all types of stats that tennis fans love to read about? Thanks

Re: Tennis Record Websites

A site then covers everything from obvious records like grandslam wins to the record for fastest serve by a lefty in the US Open, like you would find in a baseball almanac.

Lol, basically, yes. The same kind of stats every other sport has available. Is a site like that out there?

Re: Tennis Record Websites

How useless do you want to go?

You mean like Spadea's record consecutive 1st round losses.
Carsten Arriens losing in 29 mins 6-0 6-0 to Rusedski.

Those are meaningful stats, not who has the fastest lefty serve ever recorded at the US Open.

Yeah, those stats are what I'm looking for, I can't find them myself. What websites do you use?

Re: Tennis Record Websites

I'm not looking for which players picks their nose the most, but I've been surfing for hours and most sites I find, have Sampras, listed with 12 grand slams. Is there a comprehensive site out there for tennis that is updated?

There is a thread here called Useless trivia, and that has plenty of obscure and silly information.

Then again you could always something specific, and there will be enough people that will help you.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Good archive section, but a lot of pop-ups.
