WWW Miami R1: Sela vs [Q] Clement
Can Arnaud keep the wins coming in Miami? Sela retired from his last tournament in Dallas last Thursday with leg/disinterest reasons. Clement defeated Andreev and Capdeville to qualify for his first Masters event since Paris 2010. Arno has shown some decent form in challengers this season. Sela won two matches at Miami in 2008 but otherwise has not had a lot of success at this event.
Both of these guys counter-punch and rely on their speed as an advantage. With Sela's leg injury, I think Clement will have the opportunity to make Dudi grind and eventually wear him down, physically and mentally. If Arno serves well, I think he wins here in straights. He's motivated and feeling better about his game, and Dudi's commitment and fitness is in question here after his retirement in Dallas.
