Too bad for Marin, but he is getting there. Hope he can win some matches in Dallas.

Čilić in tiebreaks
Hillarious player, ugly game and ugly match.

Tomic - Cilic would be the ugliest possible ATP match. Do you agree?

We have to give marin a little leeway. Its only his second match of the season

in his 2 matches so far he';s went 3 sets against nieminen and took nalbandian, someone he's never beaten before to the limit in 2 tight sets

This was a mugfest but the right player won.

Yes, and a match between Chela and Starace would be such a joy to watch

I am going to ask this again: what exactly has marin ever done to be so widely hated?

his oncourt behaviour is not rude or disrespectful
he's never said anything offensive that i have heard
he might be a mental midget but who isnt these days?
his game isnt boring to watch
he's very good with fans

I, of course, don't hate him, but he is an emotionless player most of the time, and that's boring. Also, his game is more or less one-dimensional. While he could use his height to get a decent serve, and eventually go to the net after it, he decides to stay at the baseline and get in a long rally, which more often than not he finishes with an unforced error.
And yes, he should get rid of the monobrow.

Are you being sarcastic here?

Why not?
Give them a nice claycourt and they will give you a high quality match with plenty of fun rallies and fewer UEs. Their Umag match last year was almost epic.
And they both know how to hit a normal forehand.

Mugrin is really a nice guy. Just his game isn't so nice.
