Ok Ssin you've been very nice recently

I know that you've found him irritably arrogant sometimes, and you're far from being the only one like that, we've talked about it before

But it's true that I do understand that for some, Fed being a "turkey" would be a sweet revenge for all which has been said about some players who have been called so often this way against him.

I would like it less from the Nadalfans who have not suffered things like that but well

In salty tears. It would be pretty sad for Murray if he ends up behind in this H2H.

Rogi's one victory away from tying.

I doubt they will play again before Fed retires, so I say the H2H will stay just as it is.

Federer wins it. Something like 11-9.

Re: How Will The Murray-Federer Rivalry End?

Interesting question. Fed's already closed in the last few 'decline' years, in mid-2009 Murray led 6-2 and since then it's gone 5-2 for Federer. Let's say in the future it goes 4-3 for Federer, then they end up level at 11-11.

Will Federer regain the #1 spot and break Sampras's record for most weeks at the top?

Roger // Rafa // Raonic // Söderling // Goffin // Ivo // Wawrinka // Baker // Delpo

Re: How Will The Murray-Federer Rivalry End?

Murray is a special case he is the first and only player for fed to adapt and reverse his h2h with of the new generation . Well it has to be said that he doesn't have much negative h2h.
Earlier he turned it around against Hewitt,Agassi ,Nalbandian , henman .
However I see Murray assuming control of the rivalry soon as no one can avoid age related decline.

The law of nature, only the strong survive.

Murray is far younger and more powerful. You do the math as the saying goes...

Re: How Will The Murray-Federer Rivalry End?

Federer - Murray "rivalry" is more famous about the endless off-court badmouths and antics than the on-court matches.
