I love Fed but that looked like some tankjob WWE stuff.

Andy didn't even look like he was trying.

Good to see Muggray losing.
btw Frauderer is still in his peak even though his arrogant fans deny that, maybe slower but serving better than 2005-2007 and calmer and with more experience in bigger points.

I am impressed with Roger. He did choke a bit but beat a resurgent Murray. Poor Murray. To win a slam he needs to beat Rafa, Novak, and Roger (2 out of 3 most likely). And then there is Del Potro, Berdych and others that may give him trouble sometimes.

Comparing with yesterday Murray played badly but you can't compare these two matches because Nole wasn't putting any kind of pressure on Murray like Fed was doing today

Re: Dubai Final WWW: Roger Federer defeats Andrew Murray 7-5 6-4

pretty good match from Fed. Decent from Murray, but couldn't cope with Fed's FH. Both had very low 1st serve percentage (Fed had 50%, Murray 48%), but otherwise it was good.
Happy with this win for Fed

Btw why is it that everytime someone loses people here start saying he was horrible, or didn't care? It's not gonna be one miraculous point after another every single match...

Good performance from Federer. Another title . Hopefully he'll challenge seriously for the nr.2 ranking, would love to have him a second seed at RG after Nole.

Murray not as good as he was yesterday, then again I'd say that, despite the H2H, he's more comfortable playing Djokovic than Roger, especially since this was the final.

After Nadal beat Monfils at Doha, before AO 2014

Only Del Potro can take him out before the semis, and he won't. Nadal is winning the AO, bet your house on it.

Re: Dubai Final WWW: Roger Federer defeats Andrew Murray 7-5 6-4

Let's all take a moment to thank the lord Nadal came on the scene in 2005 - this would have been title number 90 something otherwise and the tour would have been a joke. Congrats to Fed - if one could only pick one greatest ever he's the obvious pick - the guy is 30+ and still beating 24 year olds - respect. But mentally only Nadal (and then Djokovic) have faced up to him. What the hell is wrong with Murray? So much promise and then he goes and collapses again.

Fed's picked up 1000 points since the Aus Open - Nadal's been doing media tours, relaxing and practicing - at some point he may need to start to worry about the no.2 ranking so hope this reminds him to go all out in Indian Wells.

Seriously - Andy.

Roger is only scared of Nadal. Takeout Nadal the Swiss would almost be guaranteed a major this year. As for Murray he should just forget this loss and build towards the next events.
