Berlocq Aires R2: Charly "Fedal" Berlocq def Simon 6-2 6-1

He played like Federer and Nadal combined in one god.

NOW, LOVE HIM!!!!

Now, talking seriously, Charly played really, really good tennis, running like a hero and hitting clean winners. Deserved.

Ah, appeal moderation? Wanna know what appeal moderation did to me?
LOOK AT ME!
LOOK AT ME, BOY! THESE ARE THE SCARS OF APPEAL MODERATION!
Take a good long stare, you know you want to.
You're not even man enough to look at my face.

Appeal moderation isn't pretty, you have to watch your friends go to dust.
Appeal moderation is always hungry for your soul and sweet emotions.

First and once godly-worhispped appeal moderator.
(Actually 2nd)

Why is Simon on clay in South America? This is not helping his funk.

Why oh why did Simon go to South America?

Either way another good win for Berlocq, shame he couldn't add to his bagel count today though, would have put him even further ahead of the rest of the pack.

Why did you choose to play the ATP Buenos Aires and not the ATP Marseille?

Gilles Simon: I decided to play in South America this year for the first time because I'm 27 and I always wanted to come here. I want to play in all the countries, as many as possible, so even if Marseille is a special tournament for me, because I won it, I played it many times already and wanted to come here for the first time,
