ATP Buenos Aires. Del Bonis bt Odesnik 6-3/6-7/6-2 and qualifies for the MD

Congrats for Del Bonis who changed his tactic being more agressive from the baseline and attacking Odesnik at every chance that helped him to qualify for the main draw.

However it seems to be that Bellucci will pulled out of the tournament and Odesnik would take his place in the MD anyway.

He's talented enough to have a couple of wins here.

Strange case the one of Del Bonis. He could be a better hard court player than clay court ones if he could suit a few technical details on his serve and baseline shots. He doesn`t play bad at all on clay but I don`t see on him as a talent on this surface especially considering his sideline movements are really poor. Still at 21 years old he can switch those details and make the jump to the top 100.

Top 100 here del bonis comes.

Juan Martin Del Potro

But he lost 23 times against you.
's right. We have to also throw into the mix. But I do not think it is currently the decisive factor. But he has achieved in my opinion too much. Maybe this is crucial if I move him even closer after major victories. But 14 or 17 Grand Slam titles is a significant difference. At the present time there is no question that he must be the greater player than me.

David Nalbandian
