True, but remember, he was very happy for his good friend Tommy Haas, and happy for Andy as well.

Not fitness, recovery powers... All of those youngsters have that as an advantage, including Delboy.

Will 77th be at USO?
That would be the best place to tie McEnroe with 77 titles.

He's aware of history CD.

And now he has to make his own path to unchartered waters.

Going through a masters without losing a set and on top of that not being broken in any service game.
Then in the finals against a great serve returner without having a breakpoint against him.

It takes years to decline, with Fed playing at this level it would take awhile for those skills to drop off as long as he schedules intelligently and works hard.

Winning on outdoors HC is a bonus in addition to adding to his legacy.

Re: Federer : The Mother Of All Quests : 20 Slams And 100 Titles.

In all fairness this seemed far-fetched a year ago with Fed getting stuck at a 4-tournaments per year rate for 4 years (and looking like even dropping from that pace in 2011). Since the birth of Wiserer in the semis of USO he's won now 9 titles and suddenly it's looking very realistic, perhaps even likely. Not bad, not bad at all.

Educating MTF clowns one post at a time.
So many fanboys to troll, so little time.

Favourite tennis matches: 2011 US Open Final & 2012 Australian Open Final, starring Novak Djokovic & Rafael Nadal, showing us just how far science can take humanity.

The US Open Final was especially enjoyable, with 'Why are there white spots all over my body?' Djokovic and 'Why am I sweating boils?' Nadal embarked on a titanic battle, concluding with the inferior player, Nadal, entering a sort of delirious state of psychosis. This allowed him to, while showing very little fatigue, consume inhuman amounts of energy, before he literally ran his legs from underneath him. This is truly the stuff dreams are made of.

Re: Federer : The Mother Of All Quests : 20 Slams And 100 Titles.

Roger turned the clock back. His form is even more amazing if you watch his previous rivals - noone of them is half a player they were in prime or retired already. That era was so better than this one, a lot of players had imagination and skills for all-court tennis.

Rogie wouldn`t win so easily with guys of his age in their prime around in stead of current "golden era". I believe he can get to 9 titles till the year is over.

Gasquet is next №1

Hm, I think if he wins the USO, 9 titles seems like a good estimation as I doubt he'll play Shanghai then. He'll give himself plenty of rest and attack Basel and the WTF which means he just won't be able to get to 10.
