Federer's longevity will be decided by his dodgy back. Let's sincerely hope it lasts longer than this year.

I think we all don't understand how the hell he blowed up that Halle final.
I still couldn't move on about that... I hope you're right.

Re: Roger Federer : The Swiss King's Quest For 100 Titles

grass there was a little too fast and it was also very slippery general viruzzz.

he did not want to risk injury. it was also somewhat cool and damp there.

fed is not sampras. he has to rely on his ground game more than an average legless ejacuzee realizes.

i am sure they understand his game better after watching him play today.

To me, Halle was a gift to Tommy, Roger played casually and wanted to see Tommy climb back up the rankings

Re: Roger Federer : The Swiss King's Quest For 100 Titles

bullshit.he did not snatch 16 majors by being giving away matches.

i think he was protecting himself from a possible injury.

the court was fast as hell and slippery. not really fit for tennis. perhaps more fot for cows.

smart cows would not even shit on such a surface actually.

Really Fujee, who gives away a shiny trophy?
I see the injury-theory as a valid one.

Also, Haas played the match of his life. Kudos to him.

Re: Roger Federer : The Swiss King's Quest For 100 Titles

haas was better than federer at halle. simple as that.

and i don't think he played the match of his life either. too many fedtards like to think everytime federer loses it's because fed played like crap while the opponent played the match of his life...

Re: Roger Federer : The Swiss King's Quest For 100 Titles

Yeah, okay maybe, but Rog didn't seem too upset by letting that one go, he was clowning around with the trophy and the sunlight. I genuinely think it's a combo of Roger playing casually and the injury theory. Yeah, Tommy was better, and Roger was average, better player won, no quarms there.

Halle final was atrocious from Fed. Hope he doesn't have another shocker like that on Sunday so he can at least make it competitive.
