Nope, not to many.

Who else then Berdych, Nadal and Nole? and please don't say Tsonga, he would eat him alive this year on slams for sure.

Cheating scumbag.

when you go from 1 player beating you in slams, to 3 players at least beating you, that is a massive increase. shall i mention the numerous 5 setters he's come back from this year?

tsonga would beat federer more often if he had a brain and backhand. fortunately for federer, he doesn't have a backhand either, but at least has a brain

only way federer reaches lendl's title mark is if he preys on estoril, toyko, rotterdam, memphis, lyon etc. he isn't going to do that, especially not next year when he can skip the masters series that he's crap at.

federer has the weeks at no 1, slams are what matters for him

The players i mention could beat Federer, but its not very likely, Murray in slams has no weapons vs Federer, and Nole can do it only on hard courts, RG/Wimby much less chance so you get my point.

When Federer is in good shape, Tsonga would not even make a brake, let alone winning or taking set. Like i said, Fed would destroy Tsonga this year.

Cheating scumbag.

So Roger's playing Shaghai. If Djoker and Muzz play a long USO final (hope they do), hopefully Roger can gain some points here.

Time is running out.

Is it possible that he won't win one hundred Grand Slams?

100 slams? Interesting.

But if you win 100 masters is that better than a slam ???

Such is the questions Federer faces

On Murray

1. Murray wins Wimbledon 2016 after Djokovic is blue shelled by Querrey. Thanks Querrey!

2. Murray wins Olympic Gold for the second time after Djokovic is blue shelled by Del Potro. Thanks Del Potro!

3. Murray wins US Open 2016 after Djokovic is blue shelled by [pending]. Thanks [pending]!

djokovic is 50/50 on clay versus federer...at this moment in time i'd say he has the advantage

old legs don't have the stamina for clay anymore

those three players have limited federer to one out of the last 16 slams. it's clearly very likely

as i said, federer should be content. he has achieved almost all of the important all time records

Roger has yet to confirm he's playing DC. He has, however, confirmed he'll play Shanghai. Interesting. I'd love if he ends up #1 with 1 slam against Djoker's 2 .

I agree. A title in Shanghai, Basel and WTF would be much more important. He's had a long season and he's 31 already. He needs some rest.

What is most likely to happen is that Nole wins Year End #1 and you will be running around and crying again like a little girl Federer is not winning anything bigger than ATP 500 for the rest of the year

RAFAEL NADAL and GRIGOR DIMITROV

Rafa winning at least one slam in 10 consecutive years is the best achievement in Open Era tennis since Laver won all 4 Grand slam tournaments in the same year!

Don't ever underestimate the heart of a champion!

It's pretty obvious Nole will be #1 at the end of the season... he already has a big advantage, with a chance to improve if he wins the final against murray, and plays more tournaments than federer till the end of the year.

I wouldn't write off Fed at the WTF though if I were you.

8th day of July 2012: 7-time Wimbledon champion!

Once upon a time there was a myth about strong and weak eras. On this glorious day the clownery was eventually unmasked: 30 y.o. past-prime daddy Fed became #1 once again in the supposed strong "Spartan" era with his rivals at their peak.
And they all lived happily ever after.
Long live King Federer!

17 Grand Slam titles
7 Wimbledon titles
302 weeks at #1
Legend

Still a chance for that #1 .
