Current players QF (+ further) career resume in slams

A thread to identify and update current players who have reached the QFs+ of each of the slams and others who are close (one slam result away) from achieving this.

all 4 Ws:

Federer
Nadal

all 4 Fs:

Djokovic

all 4 SFs:
Murray
Nalbandian

all 4 QFs:

Hewitt (needs RG SF/F to advance)
Ferrero (needs W SF to advance)
Gonzalez
Youzhny
Ferrer
Tsonga

3 QFs+:

Roddick (needs RG QF/SF to advance)
Del Potro (needs W QF to advance)
Davydenko (needs W QF to advance)
Soderling (needs AO QF to advance)
Haas (needs RG QF to advance)
Berdych (needs USO QF to advance)
Fish (needs RG QF to advance)
Clement (needs RG QF to advance)

2 QFs+:

Baghdatis
Ljubicic
Schuettler
Blake
Monfils
Verdasco
Robredo
Cilic
Wawrinka

Who would people like to see complete/advance in this achievements list and who could make potential future appearances here?

And obviously tell me if there are any I have missed

Berdych should make a US Open QF in the future I would think.

Berdych | Murray | Tsonga | Monfils | Raonic | Soderling

interesting.. Berdych and Youzhny lack QFs on their favourite surfaces, Soderling in a lesser way but still

Funny how Roger completed his collection of trophies and cookie plates the same year.

Ah well, another first in tennis from R-Fed
at breakneck speed also - shit, haven't ever lost an AO final, let's do that. onwards to RG, time to win that finally. then wimbledon, might as well win that one for kicks. fuck, i need that elusive USO final loss - Del Potro? ah well, screw it here we go.

I expect Djoker to get the career slam, next year if not this. As for the others, it's unlikely but not impossible Murray could make the finals of all 4. Of those on 3 QFs, I'd say Del Potro, Berdych, Tsonga, Ferrer, Soderling, all have good chances to make it 4 in the not-too-distant future. It's weird that Youzhny hasn't made it at Wimbledon & Nieminen at R.G.

A minor mistake and it's not likely to happen but

Hewitt (needs RG SF/F to advance)

shame colonel hasn't made wimbledon qf give he's been in the r16 6 times. he's had some tough draws (rafter, hewitt, rafa twice, fed and gonzo)

and he was schooling rafa in 2007 before hurting his back.

Re: Current players QF (+ further) career resume in slams

Expect Tsonga to reach RG QF this year because he will have a Top 5 seed and I think he will make a USO SF this year as well.

Stronga,Monfils,DelPo,Nalbandian,Berdych,Gulbis,Ha as and Djokovic are the players I support the most.
