Monfils is a massive pusher. Monfils fans are often confusing "hits hard once every other match" with "being an attacking player".

Monfils has one of the biggest forehands around which he produces on average once a set. The rest of the time he spend 3 metres behind the baseline junk balling and hitting ridiculously lethargic looking slices.

They need to restructure the courts whenever Monfils plays Gasquet.

They should be made to play on club courts where theres 1 metre between the baseline and the back fence.

Glad I missed this pushfest. Doesn't sound like Monfils even did much clowning around to give it some entertainment value. Better player won at least...still don't understand how Simon is even in the Top 100, much less how he ever made it into the Top 10.

Your thinking of the old Monfils. He has been an offensive player more often than not the last six months.

Stronga,Monfils,DelPo,Nalbandian,Berdych,Gulbis,Ha as and Djokovic are the players I support the most.

Watching this match on Tennis Channel. One of the points in the 10th game of the 3rd set is EASILY going to be one of the best points of 2012 Some absolutely RIDICULOUS gets by both guys.
