Vina Del Mar R2: Gil schools (4) Andujar 6-2, 6-1 in less than 1 hour

MUCH MUCH BETTER by Fred!! Amazing BP conversion (6/8), only one DF and back to a QF of an ATP after that amazing run in Monte Carlo!!! This match last 57 minutes!

The new coach of Gil is doing miracles to him! I'm so happy! Now it's Leo Mayer or his old friend Chardy. I know that Gil has famous bad history versus the frenchman, but keep in mind that Gil won the last match they played!!! VAMOS FRED!!!

BTW, 3rd win over a top 50 this season! (Dodig, Granollers and now Andujar). Best begining of season ever for Fred.

I was thinking that, but I choosed to say nothing, cause that would be giving too much importance to someone who doesn't deserve it...

Hi! I'm back, and Hope to be boring as hell! Gil is doing really well, and might reach at least SF here. Now Chardy, a second revenge? We'll see. Saw Gil playing against Soeda at the beggining of the year and he was much better than last season, fast and going for his forehand winners. Clearly playing off all the recent changes. If he Wins one more, he'll manage direct acceptance to Miami, which is really nice. They say the tournament is great for the players. Go Gil!

What on earth has happened to Pablo's game? He shouldn't be loosing to players like Gil.

Might be wrong, but i think he went into a downhill after that match with Nadal in Roland Garros. He was playing at a really good level.

He made two finals after that, I don't think that's the problem.

I think playing on hard courts for months has really knocked his confidence.

Congrats Gil .

Pablo, you are disgraceful these days . You have done nothing right since choking against Rafa in RG 2R last year .
