Vina Del Mar: R1: Gil def. Lorenzi 6-3, 5-7, 6-1

Should have won in 2. He had many chances to serve for the match and blew them. Also horrible serve stats (1 ace and 5 DF) and BP conversion (8/22). So many chocking during many games, even in the last were he blew 3 straight MP. But in the end he got the job done.

But anyway a win is a win and 20 points it's always good for him. Specially in this first match in clay for some time.

Note: Lorenzi came from Bucaramanga (Colombia) to Vina Del Mar (Chile) by car, cause he had problems in finding a plane...

Edit: I try to search for the distance between this 2 cities and it was so far, that google maps couldn't find a way between them...

Next #4 seed Adujar. Gil is up 3-2 in h2h. Also 2-0 in ATP matches. He could have a deep run here if he's not too tired from today's marathon.

I very much doubt he travelled that far by car. More than likely got a plane to somewhere and then hopped in a vehicle.

Too bad Tsonga didnt play like crap against Gil in AO. Fredrico might have made the quarters.

Stronga,Monfils,DelPo,Nalbandian,Berdych,Gulbis,Ha as and Djokovic are the players I support the most.

Hehe, i highly doubt that. He has no chance even versus a bad Tsonga. Only versus an injured one. And even if he beat him, there was still Nishikori. Fred reaching the 3rd round will be the highest he can get with normal draws and situations.
