Thumbs up Nadals first 5 set loss after winning first set since David Ferrer in 2007 US Open?

I am not a Nadal fan, but this streak deserves a huge thumbs up

Thats got to be right up there with some of Feds streaks when you think about how difficult that is, to go over 5 years playing in all but 1 slam (Wimbledon 2009).

I doubt it will get much credit or rememberance though. But it should. They say Feds a great front runner, which he is, but it doesnt get much better than that.

"I did not play my best tennis, no? And..that is what enable him to win..to win this match no? "

Re: Nadals first 5 set loss after winning first set since James Blake in 2006 US Open

Blake won the 1st set when the played at the 2005 US Open.

He lost for the 1st time after winning the 1st set in a Grand Slam against Ferrer at the 2007 US Open.
