He destroys the current competition. He's a dick, but he's still a legend.

I personaly feel Djokovic is greater than Agassi mostly because he is such a mental giant, almost unlike anything I have ever seen on the mental department, if you take into consideration the endurance and long battle style he got. Sampras was amazing in finding the right shot at the right time when under pressure but Djokovic got the combination of endurance and mental strength which is simply exceptional.

All things are subject to interpretation whichever interpretation prevails at a given time is a function of power and not truth.

Re: Do you consider Novak Djokovic as a legend in the game?

Really a matter of semantics and how one distinguishes "legendary" from "great." Personally I reserve legendary for those few are, or were at the absolute pinnacle of their sport in its entire history, Djkovic certainly isn't there yet but is "great" without question. His combination of peerless athleticism, mental toughness, and a technically flawless baseline game in a baseline era could lead to a serious assault on history however if he can keep it up.

To me he is not yet a legend but he is getting there.

Not yet but he is on the right way. That said, his winning streak will be remembered for a long time

Re: Do you consider Novak Djokovic as a legend in the game?

nole invented the word 'legend'.

ASI Director-General Gautam Sengupta said the list of India's treasures held abroad was "too long to handle" and there was a need for a "diplomatic and legal campaign" for their restitution from institutions, including the British Museum, the Royal Collection and the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery.

Yes, he already is. In a couple of decades, he will also become the first former No. 1 to be elected president of his country.

Not right now, but he VERY likely will be.
(I consider a legend = 7-8+ slams.)

I say yes. He even made Laver's list of top ten greats. Laver must see something in him already now.

A good player.

Can't really call him a legend at this stage. I wouldn't even call Nadal a legend until he got to his 30's.
