The way Nadal is playing right now Djokovic better hope he goes out Tomorrow to avoid being bageled.
I just quote this, because you would delete it after sunday.

I think it hurt Federer that he basically waltzed to the semis without much struggle. Rafa was not playing great tennis until those last couple of sets vs. Berdych but it helped him find great form.

Rafa must be praying that Murray takes out Djoker.

I guess the bottom line is: when it comes to Slams, Rafa is still Roger's daddy.

Come on guy...really? Arrogant and blind prediction.

Hopefully this'll finally teach people to stop using the WTF as an indication for slams...two years in a row now

Dear Fed doesn't much fire power anymore. After the way Rafa played Berdych (where he was most tested) the guy seems unbeatable. Nole hasn't been tested yet.

maybe not , if the matches beetween this two in their peaks should been in more surfsces than in clay like in the beggining , federer`s mind would be different.

in 2004-207 the surfaces were more faster too

Yeah he was in the zone serving at that RG match. How often has serving like that been repeated in the last few years. Please eurosport did an analysis of his avg FH back in his prime and it was somethign like 12-13% more pace on avg than today. Lets not argue the movement thats very obvious. Do you realize how fed no longer has a running forehand instead this retarded squash shot. In his hey day he was fast enough to get there and make an agressive point out of what is now a defensive point. Thats just one example who cares though.

It was like 60 degrees out there as well. Give him credit for doing what he does at his age, with his money, and what he's accomplished. I know if i was him i'd be retired and kicking back with hundreds of millions of dollars.

Don't know why people are giving Federer a hard time. He's 31 and he's taken a set off Peak Nadal. People are deluded. Federer isn't 25 anymore when he was destroying people. Get over it and leave him alone. He's more effective in best of 3 now because he doesn't have the stamina of Nadal.

Anyway Nadal wins his 11th Slam.

i don't want to derail this thread so perhaps we'll discuss this in detail in another thread at another time.

If this is peak nadal, he has had a bad career. Good form, but come on.

Yes we can. Why would one match, I mean win or lose, especially now, have to change everything?
