Sydney R1: Fognini def. Russell 2-6 6-2 6-0

Fognini got killed in the first set but fought back and won the 2nd easily. I was following the score and there was a really long break at 4-1 in the 2nd set, so i'm guessing Russell took an injury timeout? Great win for Fognini

Re: Sydney R1: Fognini def. Russell 2-6 6-2 6-0

No Russell played too much tennis and hit the wall 23 sets of tennis in 6 days, could say he has had enough match practice.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Machado wins 6-2 6-1

I was there. Fog had foot problems at 2-1 game. Trainer arrived at 4-1.

Russell called trainer at 0-5* final set!! And then when the trainer arrived he didn't do any treatment.

More later.

If he beats Gasquet, I want a one-month ban, seriously.
