Amir has a good backhand but his serve and ROS is not good enough. Congrats to Canada and Vasek, very well played.

Extremely impressed with Vasek
Serving like a monster, hold himself so well under pressure with the crowd cheering for every missed 1st serve
What a year for Canadian Tennis

OMG.. Vasek, you rock! You are amazing!

Canada will not be easy to beat with Milos coming back from injury and with Vasek improving every day. He will be a force to reckon with very soon!

CONGRATS CANADA!

Great result for Canada, hope they can get a good draw in World Group.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Raonic and Pospisil on some fast indoor stuff is gonna be a tough nut to crack.

Oh, fuck this. At the begining of the third set I headed toward the stadium (free entrance), by the time I got there it was over.

Congrats, Canadians, your boys played very well, Popsi especially, there's a top 30 talent in there. Pity Amir couldn't hold on to that break in the second, cause Popsi might have, well, popped.

The icing on the cake for a fine year for Canadian tennis.

Raonic a year-end top 50 player, and Pospisil has enough time to maybe seal year-end top 100 (and a MD at the AO). Marino has broken through onto the WTA Tour. And, now, Canada back into the World Group of the Davis Cup. Well done!

Congrats to Canada; I bet Andy and Yoni are just kicking themselves

So happy for Canadian tennis. Hope that if we host next year, we can be as tough a place to play as Israel.

Peter Polansky
Nestor - Chvojka - Pospisil - Raonic - Peliwo

He won all three rubbers. He's a hero !!
There is also Dancevic; don't know his seeding.

I am not sure where they based the training, but are all these athletes funded by the government? They should all train in Spain (where they have great facilities, good weather and good reputation).
