Re: Most tactically stupid player on tour?

Dolgo is Dolgo, his game is very natural and if he tried to be tactical he wouldn't be the same player.

I say Monfils.

I love all aspects of TENNIS.

Federer - The Artist
Murray - The Tactician
Nalbandian - The Ballstriker
Llodra - The S/V

I have already explained that Golubev is not a dumb player. In fact he is quite smart. He thinks outside the usual rules

The "most tactically stupid poster on MTF" opened the " most tactically stupid player on tour" thread.

Ironic!

Re: Most tactically stupid player on tour?

Golubev isn't that bad actually.

It has to be Tursunov (think Blake) or Korolev.

Re: Most tactically stupid player on tour?

Monfils-too many theatrics and too much showboating.
Federer is a bit sloppy lately.
Dolgopolov-way too strange and streaky
Blake-doesn't change a game plan that doesn't work
Any number of tall guys with a huge serve and not much else in their tennis arsenal
