Stupid match. Plays a great return game to take the 3rd and then throws the 4th away, what a player.

Haase was ready to gift Verdasco the victory after blowing up in the third set, but Verdasco wouldn't let him and struck back with being broken in the first game. Great victory nevertheless by Haase!

Verdasco shouting ''Give him the match also'' against the umpire after receiving a warning and throwing in some ''fuck''s during the following changeover was priceless

horrendous match, so many errors from verdasco, terrible line calls, lucky hits.

Can't believe Fiasco managed to reach the 2nd round. Good win for Haase.

PS How do you pronounce Haase's name? The commentator was calling him Haas.Isn't the final "e" stressed?

Can't stand Fernando's attitude lately

Happy for Robin, he totally deserved it. Get your shit together, Fernando.

Haase did what Stepanek should have.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Awesome! Finally no choke-jobs from Haase this time - Fiasco, however... 44 UEs, 11 DFs

Haase got a scare when he fell on his knee again, but fortunately there was nothing wrong. Great victory for the guy, just what he needed to take his next step ahead on the rankings.

Re: Wimbledon R2: Haase Routines Nando 6-3 6-4 4-6 6-2

Very happy for Robin with this win. Of course Nando played poor and made so many UE's and DF's, but it's still a very decent win.

Tsonga - Wawrinka - Del Potro - Gasquet - F.Lopez - Monfils - Haas - Janowicz - Youzhny - Tomic - Hewitt - Gulbis - Mahut - Haase - Schoorel - Sijsling - Huta Galung - De Bakker - Van der Duim - Westerhof - Middelkoop - Koolhof - Lootsma - S&T. Griekspoor - Sels - Van Rijthoven

All time: Safin - Schalken - Krajicek - Sluiter - Verkerk - Henman - Ivanisevic - Nalbandian - Ferrero - Philippoussis - Sampras - Siemerink - Blake - F.Gonzalez - Ancic - Haarhuis/Eltingh

Still supporting all the Dutchies despite their great choking skills
Looking forward to the Dutch Futures and Challengers this summer!

Finally, at least one of my faves is still here.. sheesh. Some great shots from Haase today mixed with some irregularities as can be expected sometimes. I'm well chuffed.

So someone recently informed me that my sig was empty. Said I needed a life affirming motivational quote by a positive role model like Einstein or Oscar Wilde...

Great tip to stay fit and mobile: If you run up and down the stairs two steps at a time at least once daily, there will never come a time when you can't do it. Until of course one day you mistime a step, collapse and break all your bones... That would suck. But you had a good run.

Yup, was thinking that. Stepanek should be kicking himself with the chances he had, and against such a mug.

Verdasco lost one round later than he should've.
