Wimbledon R1: Devvarman def Gremelmayr 6-4 4-2 ret.

looked routine. Good win on grass for Somdev. Awful grass season but 2nd round at wimby. Taking advantage of draw and with Youzhny not looking great, he could give him a test.

Well Gremelmayr on grass is basically a bye, so this was a must needed win for Somdev and it's good he got it, and obviously even better he didn't have a major test and wear down his body. He should have a really big chance at beating Youzhny and making R3 here. He's in an open section so let's see what he can do.
