Well, based on the stats, he hit 46 winners and only 16 errors, which is very impressive, also 47% return points won is good. He was down a break for most of the first set and got it back when Reister was serving for it, then broke again to win the set. Comfortable win in the end for Nalbandian.

Maybe he does stand a chance against Federer Would be so awesome if he could somehow pull off the upset in R3

Hasn't he had some amazing come from behind wins in the past? I think he needs the motivation...whatever, Nalby hope you keep it up.

It's the anomaly in the matrix. You never know what to expect.

So, i dont know against Fed. If they ever play. So much rivalry there.

Good for tennis when Nalby wins, however he doesn't stand a chance against Federer.

Re: Wimbledon R1: Nalbandian d. Reister 7-5, 6-2, 6-3

Nalbandian is one of three men on the planet who are unbeatable when hot. Roger and rafa are the others, lets see if can get by round two and perhaps roll the dice against roger.

Juan Martin Del Potro

But he lost 23 times against you.
's right. We have to also throw into the mix. But I do not think it is currently the decisive factor. But he has achieved in my opinion too much. Maybe this is crucial if I move him even closer after major victories. But 14 or 17 Grand Slam titles is a significant difference. At the present time there is no question that he must be the greater player than me.
