Solid.

Good news is he's defended most of his points here, and for the rest of the year he has nothing to defend apart from the US Open QF. So hopefully he's picking the right time here to end the slump and start adding some more points.

Malisse gave away the tiebreak. Should have won this

Bad for the sport.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

is verdasco becoming one of those people that only plays well at the slams?, i mean all of his best results recently have been at slams and he's sucked everywhere else with the one exception being in estoril until the final

Solid two wins for Nando, imo he had the two toughest opponents among all 3rd round participants.

You call Malisse on clay solid?

Which part of that is solid?...the clay?

Certainly he found some decent form at US out of nowhere - in the events before he was losing to everyone, dropped a set to Schwank on hard, only beat Berrer because of a massively comic meltdown, etc etc.

Was meh at the Aus, but seems he had lots of foot problems.

Malisse is a good player overall, in Paris he was twice in the 4th round having beaten Albert Costa for instance. Besides this year in Paris with these hard "babolat" balls the game is quite similar to the one which we see on hardcourts.

Malisse choked away the breaker and the match. Nando served more solid in tight spots then i've seen from him in a long time..

Disappointing how Xavier fell away after the TB. Gave it away from 5-5 with 2 straight errors.
