Good variety in Prodon`s game but not a lot of consistency and average fitness for top level.When u think this guy was competing with the likes of Federer or Nalbandian in juniors u wonder what went wrong that he didn`t make it to the top level
That variety became his standard play more and more the further the match progressed. In the first set he used the dropshot to surprise Murray, and it worked brilliantly, didn't lose a point in about 10 attempts, I believe? But later he just resorted to using the dropshot whenever the rally lasted more than a couple shots, probably because of his fitness. He didn't stand a chance the moment he started to play like that.
The commentators claimed Prodon had a lot of injuries, and never really found his way back after that.
