Unbelievable Stats !!!

Djokovic could be number 1 but still youngest player in top20 after French Open. Was it ever happen? and if wasn't, what about top10 and youngest players as number 1.

Funny thing is thats Djoker is already 24 but age of all top20 players is in the range of 24-29years. No youngsters no old mans. This really might be strongest era ever.

Re: Unbelievable Stats !!!

Hewitt was younger than everyone else in the top 10 when he was first number one. World number 14 Roddick was younger.

Re: Unbelievable Stats !!!

Same goes for Moya when he was number one (younger than rest of top 10). Philippoussis was #11 and younger.

How old was Lleyton? But still Djoker will be sure for long time the oldest one in this category. Can you imagine someone 25 years old as number 1 and youngest at top10 :-)

Speed endurance sport these days, takes longer for players to develop. Hewitt was 22 when he was number 1 wasn't he?

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Machado wins 6-2 6-1

Yep. The ageing tour trend keeps going. Hewitt is the youngest ever number one, he was only 20 and 9 months.

I think we won't see player of that age to reach top5 ever. Who could be next youngster to break top 20, Raonic?? But he is still older than Hewitt was as no1

I just remember when he was 16 with the mullet beating Agassian and Stoltenberg in Adelaide.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Why not? Djokovic was no.3 when he was 20 or maybe 19 I'm not sure. Del Potro won a slam at 20.
