Worst Article on Roland Garros Preview

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/7...-roland-garros

1. Andy Murray a Dark Horse? - Possibly, he's had his best clay court performance this year than any other year in his career. However, that doesn't qualify him in becoming a dark horse in a true sense. He'd have to have at least won a title to stand a chance. He might reach the QF if he gets an easy draw, but he's no threat to any of the biggest competitors.

2. Soderling- I think players below his rank are capable of KO him out early. He's not as solid as he was in the past. Too many problems. I have more respect for Ferrer as a top competitor in this tournament than him.

3. Del Potro- Why would his name even be brought up if he's banged up from injuries???

I think Ferrer, Melzer, and some other players are better brought up than an inconsistent Soderling who might not show up, a banged up Del Potro, and an unpredictable Murray.

What do you expect? It's from BlechyReport, run by kids who didn't make the cut for their high school newspapers.

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

Andy Murray is exactly the Dark horse, if he isn't than who is? In my view, he has even better chances than Fed at this point.

Re: Worst Article on Roland Garros Preview

I wrote a preview for my blog. I put Murray in a "keep an eye on" section. I said I can't put him as a dark horse when he's never even reached a clay final in hi career. But if he plays like he did in Rome on Saturday he definitely can win it all.

I wouldn't be surprissed to see the same final at RG as it was at AO.

^^Definitely

“There’s so many athletes, tennis players around the world,” he continued, trying to put his life into some kind of perspective, “they want to be the best in what they do. They want to succeed. Many of them, they don’t succeed in the end. I’m fortunate to have this opportunity and succeed.”

Re: Worst Article on Roland Garros Preview

I don't see anything blasphemous in this article, Murray showed some great tennis in Rome, serving for the match against unbeaten Djokovc, unlike Nadull who was routined in straights.
I'm not suggesting that Murray will win RG, yet he can easily reach SF or better, depends on how tired are Djokovic/Nadal.
If one of them fails physically, I believe Murray may make it to the final.
