Wink Kudos to James Blake...

for spanking Arnaud Clement 6-4, 6-3. OK so it was a dead rubber but he did play the match and he did win and i just wanted to acknowledge his efforts.

too bad he didn't play before Pandy so our hopes could've lasted a few moments longer...

I'm sure Arnaud cared less about the result than about what he's gonna have for dinner...

ok, congratulations for the good win, but I am sure Clement's heart wasn't 100% in the match, while Blake was hungry to prove a point after his loss in the first day...

no player likes to lose a match under any circumstances. if you believe otherwise then you know nothing about profesional tennis players.

then again, i don't really care how Clement felt.

congrats to James for his win. it didn't make an iota of difference except to his personal records. which is naturally important to him and to his fans..

Q. When you've played as few matches as you have over the last two, three months, did you ever lack motivation to go out and practice?

ANDY RODDICK: Motivation? No. I enjoy what I do. I enjoy what I do. You know, I've never been one to, you know, blow off practice or, you know, do anything like that.

You know, I'd be lying if I said I'm looking forward to practicing the next two days as opposed to playing here. That part is gonna suck...(2010 Aegon Championships)
