I think Dolgo will have the most successful career of the 3.

Del Potro and Cilic are the only two active players under 25 years of age who even played a Grand Slam semifinal.

Fedal won't exactly last forever, and neither will Djokovic, although he should last longer. Cilic is the second best under 25 active player in terms of achievements and there are not that many youngsters showing superior potential/likelihood to succeed either, so I most definitely wouldn't bet against him breaking the top 5 at some point.

Gulbis is indeed an amazing talent, he's a guy you'd expect to win a Slam at some point. But his Wimbledon campaign this year sums him up really; played a fabulous match to eliminate Berdych on center court and then mugged out in the next round. I'm afraid he will never reach his full potential. Your assessment was correct though, he was a guy one would expect to be very successful on the basis of his talent and game alone.
Unbiased analyst strikes again Now only the years as a top 10 player missing, but that should be very achievable with his improved confidence.

MTF games titles:

Suicide Tennis (5): Wimbledon 2014, World Tour Finals 2015, Madrid 2015, Kuala Lumpur 2014 and Metz 2015 - 1 Slam, 1 WTF, 1 Masters 1000, 2 ATP 250; 2 finals lost

Fill-in-the-Draw (3): US Open 2014, Rotterdam 2013 and Geneva 2015 - 1 Slam, 1 ATP 500 and 1 ATP 250

Tennis Tipping (3): Veneza and Todi 2014 (with vn01), Knoxville 2015 (with Redkop) - 3 challengers; 7 finals lost
