Rules
As per winning streak rules (used by ATPWorldTour and Wikipedia), withdrawals before a match do not count as a win or a loss, but retirements during a match do. Streaks are tour level only; Davis Cup (world group) and World Team Championship are included. A player could win ATP matches, lose in a challenger and still keep his tour level streak. If a player has two streaks of the same size, the most recent one is in the table (see Youzhny).

Montanes' losing streak really makes me admire him more, because he was a 60-110 player until around 2007, and the past two years he's improved his game so much at such at 30 years old. Really makes the most out of limited skills.

Oh, I missed that part, too. Yeah, no way the OP forgot about it.

Vince had a 21 match losing streak in 1999-2000, with 3 wins in the 2000 season through October. That will probably never be topped.

Please tell me all active players. I just did the top 32 to get things started. I have now included Spadea (21 match losing streak), del Potro (23 match winning streak) and Hewitt (17 match winning streak).
