Miami QFR: Ilhan def. Farah 6-4 5-7 7-5 (2MPs saved!)

What a match!

Marsel won the first set easily, then had triple bps in the first game of the second set, he couldn't converted them. Farah gets the break at 6-5 and won the set. In the third set Marsel won 12 points in a row at 2-1* and leads the third set 4-2*. Farah got break back for 4-4. At 5-4, he had 2MPs on Marsel's serve (30-40 on second serve and 40-A). Marsel holds, then breaks from 30-0. Finally, holds to love and won the set 7-5.

2 hours 56 minutes.

An easy R1 for whoever gets Ilhan then........ unless it's Kamke of course.

I don't see Marsel beating Kamke this time but congrats to him on qualifying.

Farah will get better. Good win for Ilhan. Kamke is winnable but going to be tough for him.

He did beat Kamke again! Well, one can say many things about Ilhan but the one thing that I think everyone can agree on is that he's a major fighter and has a lot of heart and determination.
