AO R2 Federer suffers with Simon 6-2 6-3 4-6 4-6 6-3

Roger had a very bad time this match.
Simon is looking so good for the 2011 season.

Roger
Gilles

I actually think Bernard Tomic will easily win career-year mixed doubles slam in 2020.

Jealous? Yeah, you are, you dirty hater.

AO R2: Federer gets past his nemesis Simon 6-2 6-3 4-6 4-6 6-3

Almost choked another match, this time from 2-0 in sets. Wasted 4 MPs before winning, reminded me of all those losses last year after having MPs.

Hand Nadull the title already.

AO R2: Fed takes out his nemesis Simon 6/2 6/3 4/6 4/6 6/3

jesusfed for 2,5 sets and then completely went to sleep. proceeds to get broken 3 straight times and mugs out in epic fashion, spraying errors left and right.
epic performance by simon after being humbled for 2 sets, really got under feds skin. but somehow fed scratches it out in the end with literally only the dropshot working for him.

got to say i was wrong about simon, so kudos to him.
also nice to see fed actually adapting his gameplan instead of dorking out another mug loss.

AO R2: Bloodied Federer wins the Battle of the Bulge 6-2,6-3,4-6,4-6,6-3

Federror was pathetic for 2 sets. Simon did good.

Seriously, why is there still a handful of haters out there who don't like his playing style? I find it pretty darn good and watchable.

Match of the year by far. Simon deserves all the praise after than performance. As for Fed, what a relief to escape such a close match!
