Auckland R2: Bellucci def. Robredo 6-4 3-6 6-1

6-4, 3-6, 6-1

In the 3rd, from *1-1 to 6-1!
Had to save 2 break points(15-40) in the last game though.

Congrats Bellucci!!! Great results.
What happened with Robredo? He is terrible since he returned of injury in Roland Garros.

Never ever give up

Good victory for this unstable version of Bellucci. Robredo is in clear decline

Expected win. If Bellucci lost, he should've gone back to challengers.

Poor Tommy, he's hated here almost as badly as Nadal, and for seemingly no reason whatsoever

I used to like him because he was hated but too many instances of blatant cheating since then put me off him. Infamous match v Kohlschreiber was main example.

Oh, his pathetic whining about Karlovic was off-putting also

Yes to what Henry said. Used to like him. I've never thought his game was as boring as people claim -- he has more variety and finesse than most of the tour. But a big no to the cheating.

It's hard to tell where Bellucci is at. He needs to win some matches in straights if he's improving. But it's good he's winning.

Re: Auckland R2: Bellucci def. Robredo 6-4 3-6 6-1

Ugh.. Robredo has a hard time winning matches these days. He's certainly not as good as he used to be. Maybe he should just retire. It's kinda sad to see him playing like this.

They let him play tennis once after they saw his "consistency is everything" advertisement.
