What is fastest big tournament?

I just find interresting to know what people generally consider whic tournament fastest from important big events GS and Masters so i give here poll. Everyone know about slower Wimby, this last 2010 Paris- Bercy was pretty fast. To speed of the game are important factors like surface, weather conditions and which tennis balls are used. I think that big tournaments that are on fast surfaces are pretty fun to watch, because in last years everything was slow down.

Yup officially those are the quickest courts as of 11/1/10. Bercy being an indoor tournie should have been on the list every year but it was atrociously slow in '08-'09.

I voted Cincy since I thankfully always get to watch it even on local U.S networks, now that I no longer subsrcibe to the tennis channel. Bercy I did not get to watch because I don't subscribe to ESPN. Nonetheless, the reports are that Bercy was playing like an indoor court should play.

If you're including 500s, Tokyo is faster than Cinci now.
