Serra is not really a good guiding point but Berdych really went there playing for some blood. Good to see he's come to his senses.

He's back

Funny how he lost that single point on his first serve as well

Absolutely stunning performance.

24 Winners
5 Unforced Errors
95% First Serve Points Won
100% Second Serve Points Won
2/2 Points At Net
4/5 Break Points Won
0 Break Points Faced

Doesn't get more impressive than that Where's this Berdych been since Wimbledon?

Excellent stuff from the big man, when he's on, he's a pleasure to watch

Serra got desperate at the end and made too many UEs but all the merit goes to Berdych for being untouchable on serve and winning most of the baseline rallies

Rafael "The Matador of Spin" Nadal
Roger “The Magician of Precision” Federer
Del Potro, Ferrer, Haas, Zeballos

Figures. He would find his form at the precise time that a very vulnerable Djokovic is bleeding ATP ranking points left and right.

In seriousness though, it's wonderful to see Berdych playing well again. I knew that it had to happen sooner or later.

I hope he makes Nole earn the victory.

YESSSSS Birdie is back! Just in time for the WTF, too. Love it.
