Bercy R2: Monfils def. Becker 7-6(4) 6-4

This match is disgrace for tennis . To be honest every match which monfils wins is but this is even for his standards specially . I was watching this match without supporting any player but watching this I went crazy , I could easily smash head to each of them . Disgusting , I almost throw up

Re: Bercy R2: Monfils def. Becker 7-6(4) 6-4

end of season usually produces crap like this
Becker led 5-1 in the first set and had a couple of SPs on serve

Only good bit of the match was Monfils' dive volley

Gael won, but it was not a good performance. And please stop these dives on HC, the injury risk is just too huge.

Monfils being his usual ridiculous self. I wouldn't watch his R3 match vs Verdasco even if I got paid.

I hope to God you're not watching Tankcy live

And yes, what's with Monfils and Simon and their tendency to have absolutely horrendous matches?

Rafael "The Matador of Spin" Nadal
Roger “The Magician of Precision” Federer
Del Potro, Ferrer, Haas, Zeballos

only on a livestream . That was so much worse than the awful Simon match from last week. At least Gilles hit some winners.

Stopped watching at 5-2 in the 1st set. I at least thought Becker would take the set.

Re: Bercy R2: Monfils def. Becker 7-6(4) 6-4

Becker got tight every single time he had chances to really make an impact in the match. He got out to that 5-1 lead, but even then it didn't really seem as if it was a sure lead, and sure enough, it wasn't. Becker simply isn't good enough from the baseline to beat top 20 players. Monfils was very patchy and rough, but he had moments of brilliance and competed very well, and served well in critical moments. A win is a win, definitely will need to improve to defeat better players.

Re: Bercy R2: Monfils def. Becker 7-6(4) 6-4

From 0-3 to 7-6, very good Gael.

Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal are the best

Also support: Tipsarevic, Del Potro, Monfils, Verdasco, Söderling, Gil, Machado, Melzer, Youzhny, Tsonga, Troicki
