Nobody bothered to notice Rafa & Roger are in the same half in Cincy...

Does anyone care about it ?

Q. Do you think you would have been able to play as well as you played today, or you think you would have pulled out from the game if it wasn't the Masters Cup final?

ROGER FEDERER: No, Roger Federer doesn't pull out. Otherwise he doesn't walk on court (smiling).

Wah wah wah, life is over as we know it.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Nadal won't make it that far, and Roger may not either depending on the result tomorrow.

did anyone notice that Gulbis, and Stakhovsky were in the same half

it won't matter though as they won't meet in the semis just like Fed, and rafa won't

Ridiculous. These two should NEVER be on the same half regardless of their rankings. The draws should be permanetly fixed to avoid such a farce. I think it's pretty safe to say Rogi won't be winning Cincy.

i think everyone noticed it, unless theyre blind. nadal has berdych which will be a tough test. roger on the other hand should make semis. i wouldnt be surprised if yet again we dont see fedal, but i hope we do. the two have had far too few meetings on hardcourt.

I really hope you're wrong because Rafa's Cincy results seem to be a very good indicator of how he'll go at the US Open:

Code:
Year Cincy Result US Open Result
2006 Quarters Quarters
2007 R32 R16
2008 Semis Semis
2009 Semis Semis

Re: Nobody bothered to notice Rafa & Roger are in the same half in Cincy...

World #1 against world #3 - Yeah we noticed.
It also means world #2 against world #4.

It's remarkable that Federer has dropped to #3 - it's no surprise that he should be drawn against Nadal sooner or later.

And as others have said, they both have to reach the semis, not automatic any more.
