Beijing Int. Challenger SF: Franko Škugor def. MaoXin 'Chinese Fed' Gong 6-2 4-6 6-3

Škugor is showing some really good form recently. Thanks to that win, he will be ranked around 200th place on atp list. Thats really awesome, casue few weeks before, Franko was ranked around 400th place. He will play in final against one of these guys: RECOUDERC, Laurent or JUN, Woong-Sun.
If he wins the tournament, he will be one of top 180 players in world! [ ranked around 175th place ]

1st rnd:
SKUGOR, Franco vs. WANG, Chuhan 6-4 6-2

2nd rnd:
SKUGOR, Franco vs. YANG Tsung-Hua 6-2 6-2

QF:
SKUGOR, Franco vs. Wu, di 7-6 (4) 6-3

THis is a shitty tournament, smart of him to gain the points. I always think these players should play these shitty challengers to gain easy points. Also the Samarkand, Almaty, etc. are easy points.

But Skugor did also very well on European clay in the last few weeks, even on ATP-level. So hopefully we have a new young porpect knocking on the door.
