Re: Nadal will Fall

if nadal keeps playing on hard he will fall at 26, if not then 28. he must give up hopes of completing the career slam. he isnt winning the USO anyway. he should be satisfied with becoming the clay GOAT.

Agreed. He doesn't see that unfortunately. He thinks tendinitis is a fluke.

Re: Nadal will Fall

Nadal has already 40 titles under his belt, he may surpass Federer on that level.

Another record that will be hard to beat for a while:

3 Masters in a row, no one has never did that before in modern era.

Re: Nadal will Fall

Nadal is not more fragile or injure-prone than the rest. We just pay more attention to him. Murray had wrist problems and has had a horrible run, Djokovic his allergic problems and a horrible past year too, Federer says himself he has back trouble and is nearly 30, Denko and Delpo out for months for injury, Tsonga injured half his career... and this guy is able to play more matches than anyone else this year, winning all the latest important tournaments, and he is suposed to be ready for retirement?

And about retiring from hardcourt, and not winning the USO ever, keep wishing :P One month rest after Wimby is enough, then maybe tanking/skipping Cinci. He will eventually win one of the next 3-4 USO. What he should really skip is all the stupid sanghai/beijing stuff.

Nadal career prediction: 6 RG, 2 Wimbledon, 1 Australian Open, 1 US Open, 2 Master Cup, 20 Master Series, 65 titles.
(Predicted before RG 2008 when he had 3xRG)

He's made it to the semis twice. No chance at all there? Seriously?

I love tennis because of...

Andre Agassi (always #1)---Novak Djokovic ---Rafa Nadal---
Jo-Wilfried Tsonga---Gilles Simon---Tomas Berdych---David Nalbandian---Nico Almagro

This year might be his best chance or maybe next. After that I think it gets slimmer and slimmer. There is however a good chance that Federer will be in his half of the draw this year which makes for an interesting semi-final if they both make it.

Re: Nadal will Fall

of course he will, every player will. He already exceeded my estimation by winning 7 slams and 40 titles, I am very satisfied

Rafa! Rafa! Rafa!

Epic movies, like brokeback mountain, are seldom found in the industry or worthy for the mainstream viewer. As often as I have watched the clips of this movie, I always find something more to it. For one, the gay stuff doesn't enter the picture for me, only the dimension of the highest love I have ever witnessed in life or on film.

PostWimby 2010 press conference.
Q. Do you feel you can get back to a position of domination in tennis?
ROGER FEDERER: Yeah, I do think that. That's why I'm here.
