Cincinnati Livescoring & Commentary Thread

We are going to have ONE livescoring thread in GM for all matches in play.

This thread will be used for people who want to livescore and comment on live matches.

No other threads in GM will be allowed to be used for livescoring or live commentary.

Standard GM rules apply in this thread - this means excessive bad language, attacking other posters, trolling, etc.

These posts will be dealt with as normal and if there's too much rulebreaking which adds too much to the moderation, then this trial will be ended.

Any questions, PM mods.

Gamesmanship or not, Nadal probs would have won regardless. Anyways nice showing from picasso.

So someone recently informed me that my sig was empty. Said I needed a life affirming motivational quote by a positive role model like Einstein or Oscar Wilde...

Great tip to stay fit and mobile: If you run up and down the stairs two steps at a time at least once daily, there will never come a time when you can't do it. Until of course one day you mistime a step, collapse and break all your bones... That would suck. But you had a good run.

Re: Wimbledon Livescoring & Commentary Thread

Any ideas who the guy in the pink shirt in Simon's box is? I recognise him from somewhere.

Andy Murray * Richard Gasquet * Fernando Gonzalez
Grigor Dimitrov * Andrey Kuznetsov

Unfortuently for Simon, I see no way he is going to win this match.

Murray is in good form

Good hold from Simon after that horribly unlucky slip. Murray looks to be getting a bit passive and Simon is trying to take advantage.

Re: Wimbledon Livescoring & Commentary Thread

The end for Simon. Never liked him when he was top 10 but it's would be nice if he got back to his top level

Also Querrey is such a clown

Oh oh another long'un. If only Querrey could've got more first serves in when serving for the match. Malisse is fighting though, hopefully this can finish before bad light ends play. Great match.

Don't want to speak too soon, but Federer seems to have brought his return of serve AND forehand today. No backhand as yet but you can't have everything.
