Gonzo out for 10 weeks (will be back in Toronto)

he will miss Wimbledon (got to play 34 GS in a row, too bad he won't be able to make it to 35) and the DC tie against Czech Republic among other tournaments.. so sad

http://www.gonzaleztenis.com/v2.0/?p=1580&lang=en

Now that Gonzalez is out Chile has no chance to win the DC tie..

Get some rest Gonzo and get well for the US open series..

Re: Gonzo out for 10 weeks (will be back in Toronto)

You still have a chance in the DC tie actually, Stepanek is no where near fit, fair enough Berdych is most likely to beat both ur players, but I still think u have a slight chance.

Too bad, seems he can't shake this knee injury. Hopefully this rest from the French to Toronto will help him re-energize.

Gonzo is hot. I like him, he plays nice tennis. I still think he has a few years left in him though. I hope he won't retire yet.
