Was Andy "robbed" by the linespeople...? :p

...in the first game of the final set, with a few of the line calls on Joachim's serve?

Discuss.

Re: Was Andy "robbed" by the linespeople...? :p

there are always gonna be bad line calls.....but theres no way that is was just those line calls that caused andy to lose. heres the truth, andy played like ass the fist two sets, and Joachim was just playing too well. he turned it around for the next two sets winning those pretty convincingly. and it was headed for a tiebreak in the fifth....andy just choked, played an awful and plain sloppy game to get him self at love-40. that was his fault, and though andy did get a little upset in the fifth over line calls, that is not why he lost

I didn't see it... but I'd assume he lost it himself, and the lineperson was just incompetent at the time if the ball was good?

That “bad line calls” weren’t in the decisive point, either in that awful game at *4-5 in the last set.

meh whatever if that match was meant for Andy he wouldnt have had the bad luck he did. I'm not going to get started with the line judges I guess they're people like u and me and of course are going to make mistakes.

Re: Was Andy "robbed" by the linespeople...? :p

No. Andy lost because he only broke Joachim three times in fifteen chances, and because he let Joachim escape from love-40 three times.

Unless its a bad linecall on match point, it should not matter.
