Congrats Tommy! glad he's back

congrats also to Berdych, who at 18 has had a great run and probably hasn't yet fulfilled his potential

Re: Haas routs Berdych 7-6(6) 6-1 7-5

Berdych could have easily taken the 1st set
you could almost say that one missed forehand at *6-5 in the tiebreaker cost him the whole match as he wasn't able to recover from that in the 2nd set.

At the end, Tommy's experience (let's call it like that even though he was out for about 15 months also) prevailed and he was at the end of the 3rd set the better player when it mattered.

Berdych, soon to turn 19, played good tennis the last few weeks and posted some good results. He had a good serve and was able to his many winners, especially in the 1st set.

So happy for Haas, finally breaks through at the Us open and makes it to the quarters. Berdych improved a heck of a lot since I watched him get crushed by Agassi at this year's Australian Open. He reminds me a lot of a young Roddick, this kid has loads of talent and it's good to see him improve his game and ranking. Nice match by Haas, extremely clean tennis, hope he can do well in the quarters.

I don't like Haas. He's a conceited person, and I totally dislike arrogant people.
