Typical Isner, was two points away from losing this match at 4:5 (30-30) in the third.

Bad match by Horacio. Made much errors in the rally, especially in the third, totally unnecessary. He gave away this match, should have won the TB as well.
Isner played pretty well though, especially on the return.

Poor match overall. Isner was 0/9 in bps until he finally broke through.

Haha I know, it is one of the most ridiculous stats I've seen in a while!

Beware the Bulldog on clay.

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

Any wins in a masters series on clay is a good one for John, so congrats to him. He played the big points at the end of the 3rd set better, and he returned serve better than Zeballos, and that's what won him the match.
