Which clay titles will Rogie win...

Rome
Estoril
Madrid
French Open

I say he has a legitimate shot of winning all 4 tournaments. Let's see what he's defending: first off he loses the 90 points in Monte Carlo for not playing at all, Estoril he didn't play last year so unless he loses in the first round he will pick up points here, 360 SF points in Rome, and all 2000 points with the FO title, that's 2450 points with little chance of losing a lot.

As for Rafa: he's defending 3280 points this clay season (1000 Monte Carlo title, 500 Barcelona title, 1000 Rome title, 600 Madrid F, and 180 French Open 4th round). There's little chance for Rafa to get back to #2, he has to defend 3 titles and a runner up, can go up at the FO, but to become #2 again will be tough as early as the end of the FO, he'll still be only #3 at best.

My crystal ball sees Estoril and a Masters Series.

Let's say for argument's sake that you're right, if Estorial and one MS event, is it Rome or Madrid?

Is he really playing Estoril? Anyway if that's the case he should win that, and maybe Madrid.

Madrid and French Open

The most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart.

Exactly. Roger's defending 3450 points this clay season while Rafa's defending 3280. Source.

He might win Estoril (unless Kolya stops him in the final) and perhaps Rome... I definitely don't see him getting RG though.

I think he will give Rome more attention than most MS this year. It is the biggest tournament left on the tour he hasn't won yet.

Re: Which clay titles will Rogie win...

Estoril.. and maybe Madrid if he crashes early in Rome.

Wouldn't it be easier to merge all these threads together and just ask who gets what?

Will Federer regain the #1 spot and break Sampras's record for most weeks at the top?

Roger // Rafa // Raonic // Söderling // Goffin // Ivo // Wawrinka // Baker // Delpo
