Slamless? Probably, but I hope I'm wrong.
Forgotten? If he doesn't win a GS, then sadly yeah.

On the skysports poll of popularity, I think he scored more than Tsonga and Soderling. Can't say I am surprised about anyone being more popular than Toad but Tsonga was a bit of a surprise.

There an only be One Nadal

I won't forget him even if he ends up slamless. I love his tennis.

It will be because he won WTF in London. Also who cares about Tsonga here? No-one. Davydenko got some publicity for winning WTF.

I don't think he'll win a Slam, and is likely to be forgotten. tbh even if he wins a Slam I don't think the media will be talking about him much in 20 years.

not by us tennis followers of this era, but the casual tennis fan will not remember him, same as tennis followers 20 years from now

Rafael "The Matador of Spin" Nadal
Roger “The Magician of Precision” Federer
Del Potro, Ferrer, Haas, Zeballos

if there is one thing he has done that will help him last its that he is the first and most likely only russian male ever to win the world tour finals.

Forgotten by casual fans probably. And also probably slamless. Nothing strange in that, most players retire slamless and forgotten outside the inner circle.
