Miami QF: Nadal def. Tsonga 6-3 6-2

Rafa was too solid and Tsonga just lost tons and tons and tons of opportunities and looked pretty defeated in the second set

Rafael "The Matador of Spin" Nadal
Roger “The Magician of Precision” Federer
Del Potro, Ferrer, Haas, Zeballos

Only watched the latter half of the match, but Rafa looked great.

Pig and against the Duck in the semis.

Good to see the umpire letting the time wasting pass, but once he got the break in the 1st set, then Nadal was just too good.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Best match from Nadal that I've ever seen. Conditions didn't suit him with Tsonga being all geared up for a night match and he still found a way. Vamos

Rafa was amazing, great stuff.

Tsonga played like a clown from halfway through the 1st to halfway through the 2nd set.

BP conversions say it all:

Nadal 4/5

Re: Miami QF: Nadal def. Tsonga 6-3 6-2

Nadal was nasty tonight. Jo played the big points pretty badly but tonight it was all about Rafa. He was just too good. Unfortunately, I don't see it happening for Roddick in the semis.
