Miami R3: Soderling def Petzschner 6-1 6-2

Sure it was windy, but it's just no excuse for this kind of mug fest.

You mean 6-1 6-2, not the other way around.
Very ugly second set from both players, Sod played good in the first imo.

Thanks for the cash, SoderKing!
Terrible match, nothing Pech-ner could do.

Job done, and playing it safe was the way to go in those conditions. Seven winners.

Note to some guy who's initials are R.F.: that's the way to do it, even if the circumstances are windy.

Disagree. He was 3-9 in W/UE count. It was more a case of Phillip being completely useless. However, a win is a win, right?

Re: Miami R3: Soderling def Petzschner 6-1 6-2

Sod kept calm and saved 3/3 BP.s and converted 4/5. Struggled in the serve in the 2nd set and kept down the errors compared to Petzschner. Terrible conditions.

I saw Petzschner 4 times in my life and 4 times he played like a futures player, why the hell is he in Top100 ?

Robin is so consistent these days, I think he will stay in the top 10 for a long time.

Re: Miami R3: Soderling def Petzschner 6-1 6-2

Petzschner's slice is quite overrated, it certanly is not the best in the top 100.

Re: Miami R3: Soderling def Petzschner 6-1 6-2

Easy win for Robin, the biggest question is how could Tipsarevic lose to this guy?

Ajmo Tipsy Nole Bozoljac Lajovic Krajinovic Petrovic Jankovic Krstin Djere Milojevic Cacic

KOM IGEN! Söderling Lindell Ymer Windahl
